A copy of the front page of your passport must be submitted to the Oranim office immediately after applying or as soon as you receive it. Please make a copy of the picture page of your passport and mail it to our Ohio office. Instructions will be found in the registration center.

Please be sure that the name that you put on your online application is exactly as it appears on your passport. If it is different, even by one letter, please let our office know immediately. Having the names on your application and passport mismatched can result in your not being able to board the flight and/or a financial penalty from the airline.

Participants traveling to Israel on a US or Canadian passport do not need a Visa to enter Israel. Those participants traveling to Israel with a non-US or Canadian passport should check the Embassy of Israel website here to verify the necessary documents needed.

US & Canadian passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months following the date of return.

Participants traveling to Israel on a US Travel Document must obtain a Visa.
