Participants have the option of extending their ticket to remain in Israel beyond the program. Extending will only be possible once Oranim has notified you that you have been ticketed on a specific flight.

We highly recommend that you extend your stay prior to leaving the US or Canada since all seats are subject to availability.

All Oranim trips will be flying with El Al for the Winter 2009-10 season. You have two options to extend your trip and each have different fees associated with them.

Option 1 - Extend Before Departure through Oranim & Traveland

Extensions can be made a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to your groups scheduled departure date through Oranim & Traveland (the ticket issuer). A form to process your extension request will be made available at a later date. Depending on the class of the ticket available on your return date of choice, the airline fees can range from $150 - $250. An additional $50 processing fee will be charged as well.

Option 2 - Extend While On Your Trip Directly With the Airline

Extensions can be made while you are on your trip in Israel directly with the airline and is subject to availability. Depending on the class of the ticket available on your return date of choice, the airline fees begin at $500.
