Oranim is excited to offer you the opportunity to travel to Israel FREE together with a group of your friends -- up to an entire busload! All you have to do is to create a group and get your friends to join that group so you can travel together. Once you have created a group, you'll find helpful tools for inviting friends to join your group. It's sort of like Facebook, but for free travel together to Israel with the Israelis of Oranim!

IMPORTANT MESSAGES AS REGISTRATION APPROACHES

• DEADLINE for Creating Groups - FEB 9th: The deadline for creating or joining a MyBus group of over 4 people is February 9, 2008. Please make sure that your group is complete by that time!
• Groups of 4 or less will be deleted! - If your group has 4 people or less, the group will be deleted since you do not need a MyBus group to travel with three other people. You will have the opportunity to request to travel with three other friends during the registration process.
• How MyBus Members Register for the Trip - Even if you are a part of a MyBus group, you must register as an individual on Feb. 12th, just like anyone who wishes to travel to Israel free this summer (see guide to registration). In the second stage of the registration process, you will be able to indicate the name of your group on the "trip date selection form" that will be accessible once registration opens. It is critical that everyone in your group totally finish registration (including paying the deposit) within 48 hours of registration opening -- by Feb 14, 2008.
• Trip Dates for MyBus Groups - MyBus groups will be assigned travel dates according to the date-range requested by the group administrator (for example, First half of June). You will be contacted by email once the trip dates have been assigned. It will be your responsibility to get to the departure gateway city.
• Leaving a Group/Switching Groups - If know that you will not be traveling together with your group you can leave the group (or switch groups) here: IsraelFree.com/busload_switch_group.asp. You will also be able to "opt out" of the group on the "trip date selection form" during the registration process.

• Travel with Friends - Create a group and invite friends to join.
• Special Interest Trips - Create a trip with a special focus such as Business in Israel, Israeli politics or Journalism, etc. The name of the group you create should be related to the focus of the trip. Once people start joining, we'll be in contact with you to craft a special itinerary.
• Regional Trips - Create or join a trip for people from your university, city or state such as a Brandies University or Boston Grad Students bus. Make sure to name your group based on your regional affiliation.
